Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Proud Artisan. Because each of our quilts is handmade and embroidered to order, we ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing.

14-Day Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@proudartisan.com by explaining the return reason, also mention your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the handmade and custom nature of our embroidered quilts, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Defective Items If your quilt arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
